Disgraced baseball star Pete Rose has said that he thinks that Alex Rodriguez should still make the Hall of Fame despite having taken steroids for three years in his early career. Rose, who was banned from Major League baseball for betting on his baseball team told the Dan Patrick show that "I'm willing to give a guy a second chance."
