Mike Cramer, ex-executive of the Texas Rangers, insists that Alex Rodriguez did not tip pitches. Allegations in Selena Roberts' new book say that Alex would tell friends on opposing teams what sort of pitches to expect, in the hope that they would help him later. However, Mike Cramer said that he had never or heard or seen anything of the sort. Cramer was the executive of the Texas Rangers when Alex was signed there from 2001-03.
